Hi all,
In and around family obligations, I've been chipping away at the Kickstarter pile, and as of now all shipping has been completed for folks who have finished their surveys. We have 4 backers with errored cards; you should have received a message from Backerkit saying there is an issue, so once that's resolved we can get your package on the way. We also have 28 folks who have not yet completed their surveys. Please check your Backerkit and make sure you've finished yours so that we can get you your rewards!
It usually takes around 2-3 weeks between when I submit print orders and when they arrive, so hopefully everyone should have their items by early November, but they're on the way!
Thanks once again to all of you for making this project a reality! I look forward to getting some projects back on schedule now that I've got dad moved into his new adult family home. It's his first night tonight and he's feeling a little nervous but mostly pretty good. It'll be an adjustment but I thank you for your fond wishes and kind thoughts for our family. Your support for us is truly DIVINE!

Hi all,
We started shipping books last week! We sent out the Battlemasters & Berserkers from LG central for those who ordered it. If that was part of your order, keep an eye out as it should be arriving soon!
Other books will be coming directly from the printer, and we're grinding through the pile of print orders to get them on their way to you. I've had to take some time away dealing with a family medical situation and getting my elderly dad into assisted living, but I've been working on orders as I can in and around that. He's got his placement set up and should be moving this week. I'm back home for a few days and getting more orders out the door and look forward to closing the book on this project ASAP!
Thanks so much for your support and I hope you love these books when they arrive.
PS - As always, if you have a damaged item, let me know ASAP at [email protected]with photos of the item, mailing label on the package, and packing slip inside the package so I can file a report and get a new one on the way to you.

Hi all, we are now over 75% response rate and I've submitted the "lock orders" alert to go out to everyone. In 48 hours, your orders will lock and you won't be able to make further alterations to your survey. Once orders lock on Tuesday, we'll charge cards and set distribution live, so you'll be able to get your PDFs from your Backerkit account. We'll also get VTT keys for those who have ordered them. We'll be locking addresses shortly thereafter as well so that we can start things moving to get your books to you!
For any of the folks who haven't returned your survey yet, please get that back to us ASAP! The sooner we've got your information finalized, the sooner you can get your rewards!

Our Backerkit survey has been checked, revised, and approved, so we've sent out the smoke test, which sends the survey to 5% of backers. Please check your inbox tonight and reply ASAP if you're one of the backers who received this test survey.
Assuming no problems, we'll be sending the survey out to everyone tomorrow.
As a special note, we've added an extra add-on to the survey that wasn't in the original Kickstarter: Ancient Idols for Pathfinder RPG. It seemed very much in keeping with the divine theme. You can add this item in PDF or print to your existing pledge. Unfortunately, this item is not available for 5E. It's on our list to make a 5E version of it but that's in the future. If you're a PF1 backer, though, definitely check it out when your survey arrives!

Hi all,
Just letting you know that we've completed our Backerkit survey and submitted it for approval, which usually happens within a day or two. Once we get it finalized, including any needed edits or tweaks, we'll send out a "smoke test" to 5% of backers to make sure there aren't any issues that need fixing. We'll let you know when the smoke test goes out and ask you to check your inbox and reply ASAP if you're one of the backers that gets the survey.
Assuming that everything is in good order, we'll then send out the survey to everyone the following day. Once we've gotten back 70% of responses, we'll begin locking orders. At the point when orders are locked, your credit card will be charged if you ordered any additional items and/or paid for shipping, and you'll be able to download your PDFs from your Backerkit account. That usually happens within a few days of the survey going out.
This is also the time to input your address, phone number, and any other information for shipment. We'll send out an alert that we are getting ready to lock addresses, and once they are locked you won't be able to change them (though if you have an emergency requiring an address change, you can email us and we can edit it from the back end if the package hasn't already shipped). Once addresses are locked, we'll start getting your books out to you!
Copies of Battlemasters & Berserkers will ship directly from LG (or in some cases from our publisher supply at Amazon), while other books will ship directly from the printer to you.
